Welcome to Firatio. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Firatio website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing, registering, or placing an order on Firatio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

This document is detailed by design to ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term operational clarity.

1. Platform Overview

Firatio is a digital platform that:

• Sells fabrics and related products
• Connects customers with independent tailors for stitching services
• Coordinates delivery through internal or third-party logistics
• Operates referral and reward programs

Firatio acts as a facilitator, not as a manufacturer or direct employer of tailors or delivery partners.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to use Firatio
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any activity performed through your account will be deemed authorized by you

Firatio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

3. Services for Customers

3.1 Product & Service Information

• Fabric images, colors, and descriptions are provided for reference
• Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or batch variations

3.2 Tailoring Services

• Tailoring services are provided by independent registered tailors
• Firatio assigns tailors based on availability, location, and service category
• Stitching outcomes may vary slightly based on individual tailoring methods

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are not affected

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Firatio does not store card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials

4.3 Failed or Pending Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment
• Firatio is not responsible for delays caused by payment failures

5. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Order Acceptance

• An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation
• Firatio reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or operational issues

5.2 Cancellations

• Cancellation eligibility depends on order stage (fabric cutting, stitching started, etc.)
• Customized or stitched items may not be eligible for cancellation

5.3 Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refund timelines depend on Razorpay and banking partners

6. Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays due to weather, logistics, strikes, or force majeure events are not considered breaches
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation

7. Tailor Terms & Obligations

7.1 Independent Contractor Status

Tailors are independent service providers, not employees of Firatio

7.2 Quality & Conduct

Tailors must:

• Follow provided order instructions
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data
• Deliver services within agreed timelines

7.3 Violations

Firatio may suspend or terminate tailor accounts for:

• Data misuse
• Repeated quality issues
• Policy violations or unethical conduct

8. Referral Program Terms

• Referral benefits are conditional and non-transferable
• Firatio may modify or discontinue referral programs at any time
• Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Misuse the platform or services
• Upload false, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt unauthorized access or data extraction
• Use Firatio for illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, logos, designs, and software are the property of Firatio
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Firatio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Firatio against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

13. Termination of Services

Firatio reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations
• Discontinue services partially or fully

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

Firatio may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
