Firatio – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: __________
At Firatio, our shipping and delivery system is designed to balance speed, accountability, and local empowerment. This policy explains how orders are delivered using our Grid System, Grid Riders, and Courier Partners, ensuring clarity for customers, tailors, and partners.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of Firatio’s Terms of Service.
1. Overview of the Firatio Grid System
Firatio operates on a structured Grid-based logistics model.
- One Grid covers an area of approximately 31 square kilometers
- Each grid is serviced by an assigned Grid Rider
- The Grid Rider acts as the primary logistics link between:
- Customers
- Tailors
- Firatio supply points
This system allows faster local deliveries, better coordination, and reduced dependency on external couriers.
2. Role of the Grid Rider
The Grid Rider is responsible for:
- Delivering finished garments to customers within the grid
- Supplying fabrics, accessories, and materials to registered tailors
- Collecting stitched garments from tailors when required
- Coordinating delivery timelines within the grid
Grid Riders operate under Firatio’s operational guidelines and are authorized only for logistics purposes.
3. Delivery Types
3.1 In-Grid Delivery (Local Delivery)
Applicable when: Customer delivery address falls within the same grid
Delivery method: Delivered by the assigned Grid Rider
Key points:
- Faster delivery timelines
- Direct coordination with tailors
- Limited handling reduces damage risk
3.2 Out-of-Grid / Long-Distance Delivery
Applicable when:
- Customer location falls outside the assigned grid
- Inter-city or inter-district delivery is required
Delivery method: Third-party courier partners
Key points:
- Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability
- Tracking details will be shared when available
- Firatio is not responsible for courier delays beyond reasonable control
4. Delivery Timelines
- In-Grid Deliveries: Estimated timelines will be communicated at order confirmation
- Courier Deliveries: Timelines vary based on destination and courier partner
All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout
- In-grid delivery charges may differ from courier charges
- Promotional free shipping may be offered at Firatio’s discretion
6. Order Handling & Handover
- Orders are considered delivered once handed over to the customer or authorized recipient
- For courier orders, responsibility transfers upon successful handover to the courier partner
Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address.
7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or local restrictions
- Courier partner delays
- Force majeure events
Such delays do not constitute a breach of service.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Customers must report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery
- Photo or video evidence may be required
- Firatio will coordinate resolution as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy
9. Tailor Logistics Policy
- Grid Riders will deliver fabrics and accessories to tailors within the grid
- Tailors must ensure timely availability for receipt and handover
- Delays caused by tailor unavailability may impact customer delivery timelines
10. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
- Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure or additional charges
Firatio is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
